have a paralyzed left diaphragm and now living with one lung

Monday the 23rd, I should have my surgery date for my lung and diaphragm
repair, or whatever they do to help me and my situation.

from the Shands in Gainsville from Ft Myers/Lehigh Acres is all out of
pocket expenses which I do not have at this time.
