Over the past three to four years we have lost all but two of the remaining board members and officers. Many of the officers and members are no longer with us and no new members have joined. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:16.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:16.0pt'>The remaining two officers and only members of the organization, Jim and Linda, have come to the conclusion that it is time for an orderly deactivation of the organization. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:16.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:16.0pt'>Barring a sudden change, the website, which is good until the end of this year, or the end of the yearly renewal, will not be renewed. The domain nsta.org will not be renewed. This being effective December 31<sup>st</sup> 2023, the organization will no longer seek members. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:16.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:16.0pt'>The treasurer will make sure all outstanding debts are paid out of our Truist account which will be closed with a final accounting.
