I want to take this opportunity to say thank- you to all the substitutes who attended the Orientation program on August 4th.It was a pleasure to see so many of you and to be able to meet and greet you in person. As good as the attendance was,  I am disappointed that many of the subs for the district continue to not get involved and come out to support this organization.
Please remember that we can not run the programs you all need to be a professional substitute.
with-out your support. "I have a dream that what a voice and a difference it would be if I could tell the administration that we have 100% of all the subs  belonging  to the association."  Now that is a voice to be heard.I am urging every individual who subs for the District if you have not yet joined LCAPST,
Please consider giving us your support.With-out your membership we have no organization.
