SANFORD, Fla. (AP) - A substitute teacher in central Florida has been arrested after authorities say she showed up drunk in a classroom of second-graders. The Orlando Sentinel (http://bit.ly/220rqrV) reports that 52-year-old Holly Joel faces charges of disorderly intoxication, child neglect and disturbing the peace.
